Custom high vacuum systems, as well as filtration and purification systems to process liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons , designed to dehydrate, degasify and filtrate mineral based transformer and cable oils and capable of processing from 100 Gal/hour to 6000 Gal/hour oil volume flow in on-line closed loop continuous circulation regime, and on the tank-to-tank basis to provide the highest level of purity in accordance with the international standards, safety rules and regulations.

We would also proudly refer to a custom Central Vacuum System (c/w Leybold GmbH Sogevac vacuum pumps and 200 Gal vacuum tank), designed and fabricated for the Hospital for Sick Children (Toronto) and installed at the Hospital’s Mars Building. 

Our special microporous absorption, purification and filtration materials and media (obtained from the vapor phase after processing it in a high vacuum chamber) with pre-set sizes and direction of pores allow us to deal with any kind of impurities at the molecular level.

In addition, some Copper-based & Titanium-based absorption media is also available for purification of any high vacuum processes (during the degassing stage) for a wide range of high-vac procedures.

 

We would also be glad to support you with copper-based thin film PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) surface coating with strong antibacterial, anti-microbial & anti-viruses properties, being applied to a wide range of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) items such as personal use/protection gears and medical/hospitals hardware, is capable of reducing notably the level of microbial contamination on all its surfaces… this way, providing an additional layer of microbiological protection.

… as well as with the DLC (Diamond-Like-Carbon) PVD hard coatings, significantly improving performance of all parts, being coated – hockey and figure skating blades are not exception from the rule.
